During Holly’s career, she has been employed by a variety of businesses and organizations. She has held numerous positions resulting in a wide-range of experience. Holly has been employed by several car dealerships, a leasing company, a nature store franchise company, several CPA firms, a school for gifted students, a live entertainment venue and most recently, two Financial Advisors. She also served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for a 501(c3) community organization. Holly has an extensive background in Office Administration and Operations. Nearly every position she held taught her something new. She spent many years preparing income tax returns and is a full-charge Bookkeeper. Holly’s past experience provided a foundation for learning to become a Financial Advisor’s Administrative Assistant. Her training as Administrative Assistant started under Ronald L. Dison, CFP, EA. Upon Ron’s retirement, she began working for his successor, Marc Guess; serving Ron’s former clients as well as Marc’s clients. Holly oversees the "nuts and bolts" of the business, is a second pair of eyes and ears and interacts with clients. Among other responsibilities, this entails relaying account information to clients, maintaining accurate records of written, verbal and electronic client communications, filing monthly and quarterly reports with Cetera, setting up client meetings and maintaining client databases: updating their personal information as needed.
